What Happens After You Send It

Mpolar Garage Doors is a referral service. We do not do the repair work. We pass your request to an independent provider in our network. That provider may reach out with a few questions. Then the provider gives you a price.

Providers do the work and set their own prices. Ask for the quote in writing. Check that it lists parts and labor.

Your Choice, Your Timing

An estimate puts you under no obligation. Read the quote. Ask about parts, such as a spring or a new garage door opener. Say yes, say no, or wait.

If the door is stuck open or hanging off its track, say so in the form. Some providers offer emergency garage service. Hours vary by provider.

Until someone looks at it, keep kids, pets, and cars clear of the door.
