How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
You should get fair and honest treatment when you reach out to Mpolar Garage Doors. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that is unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider. Keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Mpolar Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide a matter for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@mpolar.site and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your note, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean we contact the provider. After that, we send you what we found and any step we are taking.
Not Happy With Our Answer?
Reply and ask us to review it again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
